This year we have tried to simplify a little bit... I have a love/hate for the season. Love all the warm and fuzzy things but hate the expectations, some of the silly (needless) traditions.
This year we just didn't have time to make a lot of cookies, or gifts for friends and co workers, but still wanted to do something. we stumbled on a poem about M&M;s with a message that we liked ,so we spent a couple of days making little bags of candy with this message attached.
