Woodcarving Rondezvous Report. (part 1)
We got to the Fairgrounds around 11 am . (C. had an eye appointment that morning) ,so we stopped by to see what the afternoon classes were going to be. We came home for lunch ,then I went back for the afternoon and took a class taught by Dave Disselbrett. One of the projects he was teaching was a small snowman with a long hat. He tossed it to me in the morning to work on. So I worked on that the next few hours. instead of making a snowman I turned the piece and worked on the corner and put a face in it. That night I hurried home after dinner and painted it up real quick, then brought it back on Saturday.
